Conan Amok was born in1987, graduated Musashino Art University, Sculpture major
He is an innovative Butoh dancer, directer, choreographer in Tokyo,Japan
has been performed in Japan, France, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia
based on his Butoh career in Dairakudakan, master Akaji Maro
Amok started his activities from 2008 in Dairakudakan, in terms he performed in Dairakudakan works/projects, include workshops (for the public, elementary school, disabled facilities)
His choreographic works have been performed in:
Gallery Terra Tokyo, Tokyo Wander Site Hongo, The National Museum of Art Okutama, Modern Museum of Art Saitama, TERATOTERA Art Project, Dairakudakan Kochuten(Supervision by Akaji Maro)

Add to these, he has joined some pieces as a dancer: directed by Amon Miyamoto, Syuji Onodera, Yoko Komatsubara, Rei Nakanishi, etc.
And he got independent from Dairakudakan in April 2019, started his own solo activities
At first step of his independent career, he created his own solo Butoh show “lchor” in PROTO-THEATER,Tokyo
This piece is so innovative and solid, as his statement for his attitude that lead new generation of dance
add to it, this piece is called comparable to “THE GREAT TAMER” by Dimitris Papaioannou, the same running period in Japan
Conan Amok is called the greatest Butoh dancer, creator of the middle generation in the world
in 2019 August, he is invited from El Telon Theatre Comperny and goes to Bogota, Colombia
in the city, Conan Amok has four stages for his solo butoh show “En La Lengua De La Cobra”at Auditorio Sonia Fejardo Forero, THEATRO LIBRE, THEATRO LA CANDELARIA, Casa Kilele
and also he has two 5hours workshops at THEATRO LIBRE, Casa Kilele
